Visit to Malaysia and Singapore in Autumn 2017
Thaye Dorje, His Holiness the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, will visit Malaysia from 26 September to 2 October and Singapore from 2 to 10 October.
The visit to Malaysia will have as a theme ‘Timeless Happiness.’ There will be a Monlam and Tongchod, as well as several pujas and empowerments. The new shrine at Karma Kagyud Dharma Society (KKDS) will be blessed followed by a 43rd anniversary Gala dinner.
During Karmapa’s fifth visit to Singapore, there will be an inauguration ceremony of the new building of the Karma Kagyud Buddhist Centre, a Kagyu Monlam as well as other dharma teachings.
